Good day, associates, and blissful Might to you! We hope you had an exquisite Worldwide Scrapbook Day this weekend!

We’re nonetheless basking within the launch of our Spring/Summer season 2024 version of Scrapbook & Playing cards Right now. It’s such an inspiring subject stuffed with a lot papercrafted happiness!

I’m coming to you at present with a card that I created impressed by our new column referred to as Widespread Thread in addition to a nod to one among my favourite layouts within the subject by Allison Davis.

This new column will characteristic one card, one pocket web page, and one scrapbook format all linked by one thread—on this case the frequent thread is a color mixture. Now, I really like a superb color mixture, so this was tremendous enjoyable to create!

Provides Cardstock: Bazzill Fundamentals, Harmony & ninth, Garden Fawn; Stamp, enamel dots, ink: Harmony &9th; Dies: Harmony & ninth, My Favourite Issues; Sticker: Doodlebug Design; Adhesives: Gina Ok. Designs, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, Therm O Internet;

This color mixture is juicy and enjoyable, and after I spied my flamingo Doodle-Pop (I’ve two of them!), my concept was hatched. I scoured by way of my cardstock scraps to color match and used leaf dies from My Favourite Issues towards the duvet plate die from Harmony & 9th. The deep pink dotted cardstock from Garden Fawn added some curiosity to the background.

I used to be closely impressed by Dilay Nacar’s card within the column together with her deeply saturated pink background and gray die reduce leaves.

And the flamingo pays homage to this superb format by Allison Davis. I simply adore it a lot!

Right here’s to an exquisite Might stuffed with creativity and delight!
